I am having the same issue. I create a brand new project with nothing on it and that works fine, however put a few controls (like ListView and ListBox, Tabs) on it and it crashes on start up each time. This is using both iOS Simulator 8.2 & 8.3....
In addition to what Sarina mentioned; I have found (as I have added to my report) that if you change the Output Directory under Project Options -> Delphi Compiler, the error starts happening. So even if you recreate your deployproj file as Sarina suggests, don't edit the Output Directory of the project otherwise it will start happening again....
