TBitmap is not Thread safe.
FMX.Graphics.TBitmap is not thread safe. It is not XE8 special bug (see last comments for RSP-9738). I suppose OpenGL context is badly initialized in a separate thread, and it's variables are either pointing to wrong bytes or not cleared before initialization. You were lucky not to meet the bug in previous studio versions. Please, use TStream and TBitmapSurface for thread safe coding.
Try to set "ControlType" value to "Styled" in ListView
