Forum Master:
It is interesting. After complaining of the lack of a list of forums, now when I goto https://community.embarcadero.com/forum, I see about five forums listed. I bet that there are more. --John Herbster

Forum Master:
As a first time user of these new forums, I thought that you might appreciate my following comments.
I find
Home > Forums > General
Under the above, I find main topic “General” and under that summaries of two messages:
1st “Welcome/Forum Rules” which includes the statement: “Please choose from one of the forums below and try to post to the most appropriate for your topic.”
And below that is the
2nd “Installation Issues” which says “This forum is for discussions about general installation topics.”
Referring back to the 1st, there are no other forums shown to select from. Surely there are other forums.
So I click on Welcome/Forum Rules and it takes me to
HomeForumsGeneralWelcome/Forum Rules
Which shows me a lot of messages by subject, date, and by whom – most of which, judging by the subject lines specific and not of a general or forum rules nature.
What is going on here? As an old timer, I found the old NNTP forum a lot easier to browse and find stuff in. Or if you have to modernize, maybe the reviews in https://www.cmscritic.com/resource-lists/forum-list/ would help you to find some tried and refined forum software solutions. I particularly like the forum system from https://www.vbulletin.com/ that powers http://forums.jetphotos.net/forumdisplay.php?f=29 and many other forums.
And here below are more comments from my experience posting this message.
While viewing
HomeForumsGeneralWelcome/Forum RulesUndergoing community website changes
I clicked on the “Reply Topic” button. It brought up a page with the titles
HomeForumsGeneralWelcome/Forum RulesUndergoing community website changesReply Topic
and “Reply Topic: Undergoing community website changes” under which was a message form with the subject line and content of my previous message on a different subject in a different forum already filled in. Curious!
And more, in the message window, the down arrow key does not always move the cursor down. It sometimes gets stuck on a particular place in a line or at the bottom of the window, it will now cause the window to scroll, like it should.
And even more, the ctrl-U will sometimes not clear the underline under a space character.
What is the little "p" for at the bottom of the editing screen? Well now it is "div".
The Tag lookup is like a slow guessing game.
Further, Your forum message editor has the worst time, by far, with handling the pasted enbedded MS Word editing codes of any editor that I have ever used in my 50+ years of using computer programs.

Are there any recommended ways of converting Delphi's HLP files to CHM (?) files so that they will be usable under Windows 10?
