I be programming in Delphi since Delphi 1. I develop applications and components. Since retiring from Siemens I have set up my own company Eozoic Research Ltd with a view to make my components and applications available, and maybe, along the way, make a little bit of money to subsidise my pension so I can keep updating my Delphi to the latest version.
