From http://www.rongtatech.com/download.aspx you'll get a .rar for your RP80. In that .rar, there's a directory called "80 Manual" and from there a file called "80 command set.pdf". This will provide you with all of the escape sequences required to design whatever ticket you want to produce. For instance, switching to Greek is a matter of sending Esc t 17 (from the manual)
As for graphics, it can print graphics according to the manual, but as is common, you will probably need to convert to a .PCX or .BMP format. I used to do this for Zebras, but that was 20 years ago. Not complex once you've done the first one...

Atec isn't a brand that I've encountered - the only web references appear to be to a retailer. Are you sure of the brand?
I have had substantial experience using Zebra printers - which is of no earthly use if yours isn't a Zebra, but I install them as a generic/text and drive them using their own inbuilt control language, ZPLII. They are very low DPI - 200 or 300 and hence scaling, especially of barcodes, may be an issue.

Well, I don't use the view menu often, so really I don't care. What would be better for me is to move the compile/build[All] from Project to Run - ask ten programmers, get eleven different opinions. With such arrangements, there's no one-size-fits-all.
The obvious way is to have a 10.2/earlier switch in Tools>Environment options.Unless, of course, the selections could be made user-editable so you can brew-your-own with the menuS
