Hi,
yesterday i tested this on windows 7 32bit scaled to 125%.
The content seemes not scale to the application client size.
I have are permanent colored visibile areas in my app.
They are only removable if i change the scale to 100%.

My resolution is 4k (3840x2160) and windows recommended a scale amount of 250%.
Why i have a border on top and left side of my fmx program if i maximize my application
with the recommended windows scale settings and why is there no border visible
if i set the scale to 100%?

The SearchBox in a ListBox works if you add one at runtime to a listbox.

But - sorry it was my fault.
I was fooled by the amount of items in my list.

The search starts by the first typed char but if the item list is huge the visible items did not change for me.

Example:
if you compile the attached demo and press only the zero [0] key, or [0] and [1].
That made me think nothing would happen on the first char.

The parent of the menuitem is as you see in the attached image.

How can i scale the added one like the one i added in the ide, when
i scale the whole form?

Thanks for your reply.

if i add a searchbox control and set it parent to my listbox the searchbox is automatically
combined to the listbox entries.

if i type in a search string the listbox shows the results immediately.

But i want to have a result by typing in the first key and not by typing in an extra one.

I can not find something called OnInvokeSearch in tsearchbox on delphi 10.2.3.
which comand starts a search by the onchange event?
in the function list of the searchbox i find nothing to do that.

Can I set the pixels after clicking when it is recognized as a move or a click on the entry?

Sometimes i want to click but the result is a move.

Often if i click the same entry again.

Hi, all program hints are not working if i use a manifest file to handle windows 7,8 and 10 dpi scaling.

<assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0" xmlns:asmv3="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v3">
<asmv3:application>
<asmv3:windowsSettings xmlns=" schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2005/WindowsSettings ">
<ms_windowsSettings:dpiAware xmlns:ms_windowsSettings=" schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2005/WindowsSettings ">false</ms_windowsSettings:dpiAware>
</asmv3:windowsSettings>
</asmv3:application>
</assembly>

Must i add something that i dont know now to the manifest?
