someone else posted they fixed this problem and was related to multiple threads
(that was all the info they provided)
I suspect you are going to need to compile with a more recent version of Delphi
or try to use a more recent android sdk and compile against that?
I have seen that myself
they are installed after cancelling the hung setup
but then when you go back to getit, it says its not installed
you can also easily install the ICS via getit

yes there is a problem for if you happened to have images in use in the app

I think you hook into the existing windows drivers
via the OLE framework
a quick google search brings up
you could try the webbrowser available from TMS
as I think that uses the native browser
I have the Twebbrowser working on Android OK with Delphi Seattle
one thing is, there is a parenting issue with twebbrowser...so make sure it is not over the top of the button
