the problem could be too many provisioning profiles are found

one solution might be to delete them all, and then get them recreated (via xcode, via the auto sort out issues function)

I would have thought you drop a tlayout on your form
then set the align to client
then you drop other components on that
(and then set the algn of those components..e,g to their parent control..which might be a listbox or listview or panel or similar that you have dropped onto the tlayout)
there are some good sample code to show
is this for mobile or?

I suspect you are going to need to compile with a more recent version of Delphi
or try to use a more recent android sdk and compile against that?

I have seen that myself
they are installed after cancelling the hung setup
but then when you go back to getit, it says its not installed
