I have noticed that popup menus from edit boxes (and other controls) on forms no longer show the forms popup menu but the default windows popup menu instead. Similarly db grid in-place editors no longer show the grids assigned popup menu.
Is this behavior change by design? Was some bug fixed since Delphi 2007?

As a temporary measure I can rescale the overall size in the browser but the smaller font reduces readability especially when generating new postings or replys....

This site's page width almost perfectly fits when snapped to a side of a 1080p monitor in Windows 7/8 but it is just a little too wide to preserve the default layout. It is possible to reduce the page width slightly for a perfect fit to preserve the default layout?...
