The JEDI Visual Component Library home page seems to have run out of steam in May 2014, the downloads option takes me to Source Forge which seem to take me to a link to download jcl 2.4.1.4571. There is also alink to GitHub for jcl 2.7.0.5300, but it list lots of folders with absolutely no ins...
