Yes, according to product roadmap august 2016 the Linux compiler will be available in 2017.
Non-GUI is fine, I'd do the GUI with a free and portable solution (instead of a proprietary one working only with a single compiler) in any case.

I've seen the option to get the compiler without any fees, but only was provided BCC101.zip which contains Win32 binaries only. I want to use the compiler with the standard `./configure CC=bcc32c` option on GNU/Linux - is this possible or is the "free" compiler forcing me to use a non-free OS?
