It's a trick to make you think it's worth paying such an expensive subscription to receive changes in small drops ;-)Fewer versions are preferable, but usable, as they charge such tremendously high prices.

It will be possible in this new version to create Android Services in C++Builder that for now can only be created from Delphi? Or use the iOS Simulator?
