FireMonkey display objects without right border

I have a prject where a lot of FMX objects don't show right border.

Thi is an example.

At design time I have a TFramedVertScrollBox and all borders are well displayed (see below)

When I show this form at runtime I see this:

This object is inside a TTabItem

C++Builder 10.2.1, display: 1920 x 1080, Win10
