There is not a straight forward answer to your question, since there is no process to 'migrate' a project from HTML/JS to Delphi.
One thing you could do however is create an application which has simply a TWebBrowser component, and have that component navigate to your web application. This is the quickest solution, but does not give you the benefit of native performance on the device.
