Want more...Satisfaction Some of our customers, in their newgroup and blog posts, tell us they want more satisfaction.  I absolutely agree.  While there aren't always specific satisfaction requests, we are constantly listening, surveying, visiting, and working every day to keep developers happy and satisfied.  From time to time, we just can't give some developers the satisfactions they need.  But, I can tell you we try 100% every day, even on weekends.  We have consistently delivered increased capability for all develop...

Want more...SledgeHammers Fifty years ago, today, the Berlin Wall was built, separating the city into two parts.  I've been to the beautiful city of Berlin several times.  I was in Munich when the wall was torn down, visited Berlin when the new German government center was just a hole in the ground (with pumps draining the water our of the "big dig" site), and again last year for the Delphi Tage (Delphi Day).  In 1989, I remember watching TV and seeing people using sledgehammers, chisels, metal poles, cars, trucks, and t...

Tonight, we launched our RAD Studio XE2 World ...

Want more...Inspiration Some software projects are started because you receive a contract to build and application.  Sometimes you join a company that has a project and needs additional developers.  Often you are working on the next version of an existing application.  I hope that sometime in your career you have an inspiration and start a company to create the application.  Thomas Edison is quoted as saying (back in 1932), "Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration".  In the 1971 movie, "Will...
