New Delphi is coming!
There are many informations available about these two new HOT products, but probably the most effective way of learning about new Delphi is attending one of many free seminars around Europe. I'm looking forward to meet David I and Jason Vokes on Delphi seminar here in the Netherlands on Tuesday, February 27th. It is always great experience to feel the positive energy radiating from David I:-)
On Thursday, March 1st, I'm going to present on the Delphi launch event in Warsaw, Poland. Oczywiscie wszystko bedzie po polsku!!!

Yesterday on a borland.public.delphi.non-technical I found very nice CodeGear Delphi wallpapers from Zoltan Komaromy. Nice ones:-)

Oh man, Pawel! Don't tell me you did not know about this list. I thought every Delphi programmer on the planet was aware of this list by now ;-).
But sure, the aim of this list is to break this misguided perception that Delphi is just used to make DB frontends. In reality the Delphi app field is large and wide.
When I go seeking Delphi apps on a site like Download.com, I will test apps that are highly voted by users or by editors. About 1 in 5 of the tested apps will turn out to be made in Delphi.
Does it mean that 20% of programmers are using Delphi? Or does it mean that Delphi simply makes programmers excel? You chose.
And then just one last thing... Delphi for PHP, great product but bad name.

Brion,
I would say that "Delphi for PHP" is completely Delphi. It looks the same, it has same windows, components installed in the Tool Pallette, similar VCL library... The only difference is the programming language being used, which is PHP.
And yes, you are right. This is completely different product line:-) -

Yes, Mandala Painter is written in Delphi 7!
Lots of components are used to create it.
It's based mainly on Graphics32. The next version is coming in the middle of this year. Stay tuned!
