Does this mean I don't have to pay inflated prices just because I don't live in the USA?
Also, for security reasons, my development PCs have no internet connection. I download software to a USB stick from a dedicated Internet-PC, then sneakernet to the relevant developer PC. It is unclear whether this will still be possible.
