Please join me in at any timeslot that is good for your timezone. It is all about FireMonkey FM3 Component Platform, how you can create native apps from the same codebase for iOS, Mac and Windows, how you can you use custom styles to extend the framework.

Especially for this webinar I have built a fully functional iOS app for checking weather information in ariports around the world.

The source code for demos presented during the webinar is available at http://cc.embarcadero.com/item/29498.

It is going to be fun!

    hi
Can you please help. I tried using the TLang component to translate the English FireMonkey app to Arabic on iOS but when I run it on the iOS simulator, the text appears blank. Is there a setting I am messing to get the Arabic language working on the iOS simulator?

    thank you very very much

Very nice webinar. I am only now trying to implement some of the concepts and am having difficulty with the using a style as a layout as shown in the FMWeather3 demo. Since you cannot seem to edit/customize a TListBoxItem style in a mobile app, it seems you have to create a new one. How do you get the layout to behave as TListBoxItem in terms of color etc (say you want it to look like listboxitemnodetail style)? Do you have to manually copy all other aspects of the style (that we dont seem to have access to)?
Also, it seems, once you get a control in the style, you cannot remove it - the delete key doesnt work...or is that a glitch I am only having?

I've tried the FMWeatherMobile3 version of this and there is some oddities that occur. If you have many airports in your list (enough to cause a scroll) and you scroll up and down the list - the order of the items change. Its very strange - and not a behavior I would want in my app. What is causing this?
