Error Insight in Delphi for PHP 2.0

Posted by on in Blogs
Error Insight is a technology that checks the syntax of the current script at the same time you are writting, highlight the errors found with a red underscore, and shows the error message on the structure pane.

Here is a shot:

On the code entered, the function name contains an space, so there is an extra identifier where a closing parenthesis is expected. By double clicking on the error in the structure pane, the cursor is moved to the location of the error in the source code.

This feature saves a lot of time, because you don't need to run your script to know if there is some syntax error.

Remark also that the errors you will get, are almost the same you will get by the PHP engine, so you can track them down easily.
