Congratulations!, Keep going, And the Getit tool is amazing, something that I ever wanted, but it would be nice if the embarcadero component set should be on it for purchasing on demand.
There is tool that i miss and is very important, BOLD later transformed into ECO and then forgot it in time, I suggest to bring it back, a rebirth with datasnap integration it will be a killer feature. Cheers -

we have great teams of senior architects and engineers working on Delphi, C++Builder and RAD Studio. We can't always keep employees from going to much larger companies like Microsoft, Google and Apple. I can tell you that we are moving forward, just as we have done for years and years regardless of who leaves our teams. We wish them well and we keep moving forward fast.

I am happy to see this renewed focus on development tools. At the same time, I would like to see a revamped "Database Desktop" style tool that works with Interbase/SQLite and other dbs as well as it did with Paradox back in the day. Or the integration of such functionality into the IDE itself. RAD Studio is still the best choice for me and I love Delphi.

There is a database desktop style too that is included in 10 Seattle (and recent past versions as well). it is called FireDAC explorer (FDExplorer.exe). you'll find it in the install Bin folder.FDExplorer.exe. there are also additional tools in the bin folder you can use: FireDAC Administrator (FDAdministrator.exe) and FireDAC Monitor (FDMonitor.exe)
These work with all of the databases that FireDAC supports including InterBase, SQLite, etc.

I have also written a blog post that provides additional details: http://community.embarcadero.com/write-blog-post/entry/database-application-tools-for-firedac-that-ship-with-our-products-check-them-out -

Also, I hope Embarcadero fixes their system as I had to create a new account with a new email address to post this because the system would not let me log in and would not email me a recovery link when I tried the "forgot password" (it said "Reset password failed: Invalid email address"), yet when I tried to register for a new account with that same email address it said it already existed and to check my email yet nothing came through. Doesn't make any sense and now I might have an account in limbo I can't access with a new account that I didn't want to create... and there was no easy way to contact anyone (a REAL person) about this problem.
