Delphi, C++Builder and RAD Studio promotions end June 28

Delphi, C++Builder and RAD Studio developers in the US and Canada have been receiving emails reminding you that the promotional offers we are running will end June 28.  Maybe you have not received a copy?  Here is the text that was sent to Delphi developers in my name.
